Our
Philosophy
We believe that the web is an exciting medium for disseminating information,
bringing understanding, and building communities among peoples and organizations.
We have spent years studying what works and what doesn't work on the web. Our
conclusion? Understand the needs of your customers. When you understand your customer
and build a web site that addresses their needs and concerns you will build customer
loyalty, trust, and community.
We therefore try to gain an understanding of the needs of your organization
and your customers. We learn as much as we can about your industry if your a business
or your cause if you are a nonprofit. We then create a web site that clearly expresses
your message and at the same time serves the needs of your customers.
On the outside, our web sites are clean looking, fast loading, and easy to
navigate. We try to shy away from gimmicks that slow down your site, frustrate
your customers, and obscure your message. On the inside, we build a solid infrastructure.
For e-commerce, we proven open source and commercial products in order to build
a reliable front end store for your customers and back end order entry and administration
for your staff.
